ROI reaches its first milestone - 5000+ Active brokers

ROI reaches its first milestone - 5000+ Active brokers

5,000+ active brokers on ROI. ❤️

When we started building Realty of India, I had no idea what the first two months would feel like.

Two months ago, we put ROI live. Since then, 5,000+ brokers have joined us. Not because we promised another place to post property. But because they believed there could be a better way to do real estate. And honestly, that means a lot to me.

I've spent 10+ years in real estate sales and marketing — working across hundreds of projects and seeing the industry from the inside.

Over the years, one thing kept bothering me: Why does a property platform have to work against the people who actually make the market work? Why should a buyer enquire once and then get flooded with calls? Why should a broker have to keep paying just to be visible? Why should ranking depend on who pays more? Why can't a buyer simply find the right property — and the right broker — without the noise? That question became Realty of India.

As the saying goes - "Who you seek is also seeking You". So, buyers & brokers both are seeking each other, we are just a medium not more than that.

Our mission is simple: Build a property network where fit matters more than money. And where brokers are users — not inventory. That's why everyone joins free. That's why listings rank by fit, not payment. That's why phone numbers stay masked until people choose to connect. And that's why we don't build our business by selling the same enquiry to multiple brokers.

Also, these two months have taught me something else:

A platform isn't built by technology alone. It's built by people who choose to believe in a different future.

Thank you for giving us feedback, challenging us, or simply telling someone else about ROI — Thank you.

5,000+ is not the destination. It's proof that we're heading in the right direction. We're building India's first Social Real Estate Listing Platform.

And we're just getting started. If you're a broker, buyer, owner, or developer — come be part of what we're building.
