Fair questions

Is ROI Verified pay-to-play?

No. Membership is paid, but the badge has a real bar behind it — government-ID verification (Aadhaar, passport, or voter ID). Every document is reviewed by our team, fake documents lose the badge, and if your membership lapses, the badge goes the same day. You can't buy the badge — you unlock what comes with it.

What exactly do I pay?

ROI Verified is ₹999 for a month, ₹1,999 for a quarter or ₹4,999 for a year, before 18% GST — ₹1,178.82, ₹2,358.82 or ₹5,898.82 in all. You pay for the whole period once, upfront, and nothing renews by itself.

What happens if I don't renew?

The badge pauses until you renew — your listings, leads, profile and community presence all stay. Your identity document stays on file, so renewing never means re-uploading.

Do I get a GST invoice?

Yes. Every payment issues a GST tax invoice you can download any time. Prices are shown before 18% GST, with the total you pay beside each plan.

How do office seats work?

Pick the bracket that fits your team — three seats minimum. Every seated agent gets everything in ROI Verified from day one, and the office pays on one invoice. The badge is personal: each agent lights their own by uploading their government ID from their profile, so a badge on your team always means that specific person was ID-verified. The owner's ID verifies the office itself.

Does paying change what matching shows?

Never. Matching is fit-only — a transparent fit score decides what surfaces, and payment can't touch it. That rule has no exceptions and no price.

Is there a limit on Connect requests?

Free accounts can send up to 5 Connect requests in any 30 days, and every paid plan up to 100 — including each seated agent in an office. Each request counts once, whatever the answer, and frees up 30 days after you send it. Answering requests, chatting in open threads, and enquiries on listings never count. The limit changes how many requests you send — never which matches you see or the order they appear in.

Does paying make my developer brand Verified?
