We take no responsibility for anything shown, recommended, scored, ranked, forwarded, displayed, or facilitated through the Site. Your use of the Site is entirely at your own risk.
No refunds. All payments to Realty of India are final, non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-creditable, under any circumstances whatsoever. By transacting on the Site you irrevocably waive any right to seek a refund, reversal, chargeback, or credit. Full details are set out in the Terms & Conditions, Section VII.

All such indicia are internal classifications of the Company and shall not be construed as a guarantee or endorsement of any kind.
The Company expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, injury, claim, harassment, fraud, misrepresentation, non-performance, or other harm that may be caused to or suffered by any User as a result of any transaction, communication, site visit, or relationship between such User and any broker, owner, advertiser, company, partner, developer, builder, channel partner, financial institution, or any other party encountered through or arising out of use of the Site.
Property-value estimates, locality scores, match scores, broker rankings, ROI Verified scores, locality "premiums", "trending" badges, and similar algorithmic outputs shown on the Site are for general information only and are not, and shall not be construed as, valuations, lending advice, investment advice, or transactional recommendations. They are derived from public data and proprietary models that may be incomplete, biased, inaccurate, or out-of-date, and do not consider all relevant factors.
Certain features of the Site — including the ROI Muhurat daily horoscope banner, broker–lead match scoring, conversational search, listing summaries, and locality descriptions — make use of automated decision-making, machine-learning models, and third-party generative AI services. Outputs of such systems are provided "as is" for engagement, entertainment, or informational purposes only. The Company makes no representation as to the accuracy, predictive value, or suitability of such outputs for any decision.
The Company is an "intermediary" within the meaning of Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and qualifies for the safe-harbour protection under Section 79 of the said Act.
