How fast does an approved creative go live?
Within 60 seconds of the booking start date — the lifecycle cron promotes approved bookings every minute and busts the Redis pool cache so the new ad joins rotation immediately.
What creative formats do you accept?
Two formats: an image banner (JPEG/PNG/WebP, up to 8 MB, resized to format-appropriate width) and a native card (image + headline ≤ 80 chars + body ≤ 180 chars + CTA label). The native card converts 3–5× better in our experience.
How is rotation handled?
Weighted random per pageview. Weight = remaining contract days × daily rate. So a high-CPM short campaign earns more visibility than a low-CPM long-tail. Each placement has a hard cap on concurrent advertisers to protect visibility.
What does "brand-safety reviewed" mean?
Every creative gets manually approved by a super-admin before it can enter rotation. We reject anything misleading, off-brand, or unfit for an Indian property audience. We document the reason on rejection.
How are clicks counted?
Every link routes through a server-side redirector that increments an hour-bucket counter. Known bots (Googlebot, GPTBot, ClaudeBot etc.) are filtered out so your CTR reflects human traffic only.
