AI tools for real estate brokers — what to use for which job?

AI tools for real estate brokers — what to use for which job?

The threat was never AI replacing brokers. It's brokers using AI replacing brokers who don't.

So here's the working list — organised by the job you're doing, not by tool name. Tools change every few months. The jobs don't. And no prices anywhere: they move too fast to print, and a stale price is worse than no price.

Refer Attached Screenshot

Why ours is last on that list and not first. Every other row is a tool you can use without us. If this page only worked as an argument for Realty of India, it wouldn't be worth writing. Take the seven above and ignore the last one — the page still does its job.

Three rules that make any prompt work

Most bad AI output isn't the model's fault. It's the prompt.

1. Give it your raw material. Paste the actual enquiry. Paste your actual site-visit notes. A prompt with no input can only give you something generic — and then people conclude AI is useless, when what they actually did was ask a stranger to guess.

2. Say what you don't want. "No superlatives, no 'nestled', no amenities I haven't listed." This single habit removes more bad output than any instruction to be good.

3. Demand a format. A table. Five bullets. Sixty words. Unformatted output is unusable when you're moving between site visits.

And now the part nobody says

Every list like this stops at the tools. The half that will actually save you is the half about where to stop.

Six things to never let AI touch:

Never use AI for Why
Legal facts, RERA numbers, section references It invents them confidently and specifically. A wrong RERA clause in front of a client is a credibility event you don't recover from
Prices, circle rates, stamp duty Its training data is old by definition. Every number needs a live source
Project-specific claims It will invent amenities, possession dates and approvals that sound completely plausible
Anything with a name attached An unverified generated statement about a real builder or a real person is a legal exposure, not a marketing one
Undisclosed voice or likeness If a lead is talking to your AI, say so
Final client messages, unread The danger isn't a clumsy sentence. It's the confident wrong fact sitting quietly inside a good one

The rule that covers all six: AI drafts, a human verifies. Anything factual comes from the source document, never from the model.

Where to start this week

Pick one job from that table. The one eating the most hours. Not all eight.

Then answer the question honestly:

"AI mera kaun sa kaam kar sakta hai, jiske liye main aaj kisi ko paisa de raha hoon?"

The point of all of it

The goal isn't to replace brokers. It's to remove the repetitive work so brokers can spend their hours on deals and relationships.

Nobody is buying a ₹1 crore flat because a model wrote a good description. They buy because someone they trusted sat with them through the decision. That part isn't going anywhere.

Everything around it is already automatable — and that's the half worth handing over.
