The Westpark is DLF Limited's first residential project in Mumbai, developed in partnership with Trident Realty Group on an 18-acre site in Andheri West. Phase 1 launched 4 of a planned multi-tower development with 416 units (3 & 4 BHK, 1,125–2,600 sq ft) and sold out within days of launch for roughly ₹2,300 crore in bookings. DLF has publicly indicated plans to launch a second phase (~8 lakh sq ft) but, as of the most recent verifiable reporting, Phase 2 had not yet been launched, priced, or separately RERA-registered.
