Jaypee Greens sits beside Pari Chowk, the entry junction of the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and Surajpur-Kasna Road, with the Yamuna Expressway (to Agra) also nearby. Noida Metro's Aqua Line, opened January 2019, serves the township via Delta 1 and Pari Chowk (officially 'Jaypee Greens Pari Chowk') stations.

Boraki railway station is about 7 km away. New Delhi's centre is roughly 40 km via the expressway (about 30 minutes), and the newly opened Noida International Airport at Jewar lies roughly 35 km away.

GNIDA approved a new bridge near Pari Chowk in 2025 to ease congestion.

Jaypee Public School, a CBSE-affiliated school founded in 2011, operates within the Jaypee Greens complex itself. Locality guides list further schools nearby, including Mothers Pride, Angel Marry Public School, Skyline School and Bhartiyam Academy Senior Secondary School.

Greater Noida's Knowledge Park cluster, a few kilometres away, hosts major universities such as Gautam Buddha University, Sharda University, Bennett University, Shiv Nadar University and Amity University, giving reasonable access to higher education.

Wipro operates an IT/ITES development centre in nearby Knowledge Park IV, cited by locality guides as a key employment hub a few kilometres from Jaypee Greens.

More broadly, Greater Noida's authority (GNIDA) has drawn large manufacturing and technology investment, including a Taiwanese-backed electronics manufacturing cluster (about US$200 million) and Patanjali Ayurved's roughly Rs 2,000-crore FMCG project, reflecting the wider industrial base surrounding this residential township.

The township's own Jaypee Greens Golf Course is an 18-hole, par-72 layout designed by Greg Norman, opened in June 2000 and recognised as a 'Tourism Friendly Golf Course' by India's Ministry of Tourism in 2011; it is described as the longest golf course in India. A 9-hole Graham Cooke course and golf resort add to the draw.

A few kilometres away, on Yamuna Expressway, is the Buddh International Circuit, built by Jaypee Group, which hosted the Indian Grand Prix (2011-2013) and Indian MotoGP (2023).

The Grand Venice Mall, an Italian-themed mall with canals and gondola rides, sits adjacent to Pari Chowk metro station a short drive from Jaypee Greens; it has about 258 stores, a Cinepolis multiplex and the Mastiii Zone entertainment area (snow park, bowling, VR games, trampoline park). Within the township, residents have access to the Jaypee Greens golf clubhouse, spa resort and dining.

The nearby Greater Noida Cricket Stadium, next to the golf course, is the Afghanistan national team's home ground.

The township was built by Jaypee Group within Greater Noida's planned grid, which has underground utilities and wide sector roads under GNIDA's oversight. Noida Metro's Aqua Line has served the area since 2019.

However, several Jaypee Infratech-built towers stalled for years after the developer's NCLT insolvency; Suraksha Group took control in mid-2024, infusing equity in tranches (Rs 125 crore, then Rs 250 crore) plus a Rs 3,000-crore loan facility to resume construction of roughly 20,000 stalled Delhi-NCR flats.
