Sector 115 includes Soharkha (Sorkha) village and sits on Noida's eastern edge. Wikipedia's route description for the under-construction FNG Expressway places it immediately east of Sector 115, linking toward the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway near Sectors 167-168.

Noida Sector 101 metro (Aqua Line) is about 3 km away; Noida City Centre metro about 5 km; the Botanical Garden interchange about 7 km; and Pari Chowk, the Greater Noida hub, about 15 km away.

As a newly developing sector, Sector 115 has limited schooling within its own boundary so far. Locality guides list Indian International Public School and Radiant Academy within about 2 km, along with Sunshine Public School, Cambridge Montessori Pre-School and a primary school in adjoining Sorkha village.

Established schools in neighbouring Sectors 74-81 and older Noida sectors are reachable within a similar radius, though Sector 115 itself does not yet host a known college or university campus.

Sector 115 itself is planned mainly for residential and plotted development, not industry. It sits a few kilometres from the Noida Special Economic Zone (NSEZ), a central-government export zone on Dadri Road, Phase II, focused on gems & jewellery and electronics/software exports, and from Logix Techno Park (Sector 127), an IT/ITES office complex.

Neighbouring 100-series sectors have also seen state-authority land auctions for group housing and commercial use as part of the wider eastern-Noida growth push.

Sector 115 has no major tourist attraction of its own; it is a primarily residential, still-developing sector. The closest notable recreational landmark cited by locality guides is Ved Van Park, a Vedic-themed public park in neighbouring Sector 78, about 3 km away.

Wider Noida/Greater Noida attractions are reachable via the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway corridor, with Pari Chowk roughly 15 km away, but tourism is not a defining feature of this locality.

In-sector entertainment and retail options remain limited given Sector 115's early stage of development. Locality data places established malls such as Spectrum Metro (Sector 75), Gaur City Mall and Aditya Angora Mall within roughly 10 km, offering multiplex cinemas, food courts and retail.

Residents currently rely mainly on these neighbouring hubs for dining and entertainment pending more in-sector commercial development.

Property portals describe Sector 115 as being at an early stage of development, with large residential projects under construction alongside vacant and plotted land. Basic roads and utilities are being built out in step with new construction.

The partly built FNG Expressway runs along the sector's edge, and wider connectivity depends on Dadri Road and links into the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway network, both under continued upgrade by state authorities.
