Sector 37D sits on the Dwarka Expressway (NH 248-BB), a 27.6 km, 16-lane part-elevated corridor fully operational since June 2025, linking Delhi (near IGI Airport) to Kherki Daula on NH-48 in Gurugram. The sector adjoins the expressway near its crossing of the Delhi-Rewari rail line and NH-352W (Pataudi Road) at Garhi Harsaru.

Basai Dhankot and Garhi Harsaru Junction add regional rail access; NH-48/the expressway reportedly place Cyber City 10-30 minutes away. A GMDA-approved flyover aims to fix a rail-crossing bottleneck, though the existing link road needs repair.

Hindustan Times reporting notes at least two private schools and a hospital sit along one 500-metre stretch of Sector 37D's internal road network, serving residents directly. Broader social-infrastructure planning for Sector 37 falls under GMDA/MCG's plans for the Gurugram Metropolitan Urban Complex.

As in much of the fast-growing Dwarka Expressway belt, dedicated school infrastructure has generally lagged housing construction, and residents draw on schools across neighbouring sectors and older Gurugram.

Sector 37D lies roughly 11 km from IMT Manesar, one of Haryana's largest Industrial Model Townships, with over 2,200 manufacturing units, including Maruti Suzuki and Honda, employing an estimated 300,000 people.

The wider Dwarka Expressway corridor has become Gurugram's fastest-growing residential and commercial micro-market, drawing major developers (Signature Global, M3M, Sobha, Godrej) and new office/retail supply, and is set to host the planned Global City hub, envisaged with India's tallest proposed tower, elsewhere on the same corridor.

Sector 37D's western location puts it closer to Gurugram's Farrukhnagar-Sultanpur belt than to the city's eastern attractions. Sultanpur National Park and Bird Sanctuary, a Haryana Tourism-run wetland reserve known for migratory birds with a government-run rest house, lies along the Gurugram-Farrukhnagar road.

Nearby Farrukhnagar town has the 18th-century Sheesh Mahal, a stepwell (baoli) and the Jama Masjid built by Faujdar Khan. Delhi's monuments and IGI Airport are also more directly reachable now via the Dwarka Expressway.

Dedicated entertainment infrastructure within Sector 37D itself remains limited and has lagged the sector's residential growth.

Shop-cum-office (SCO) retail plots are coming up along the corridor's sector roads, which developers expect will gradually add local retail and dining options as the area matures.

Civic infrastructure has struggled to keep pace with Sector 37D's growth since occupation began in 2014-15. Hindustan Times reporting (Feb 2026) documents cratered roads, clogged drains, monsoon waterlogging and sanitation gaps blamed partly on municipal manpower shortages, with GMDA/ward-level tenders for repairs and desilting under way.

Separately, GMDA is building a four-lane, roughly Rs 100 crore rail-over-bridge on Garhi road (Apr 2026) to fix the level-crossing bottleneck isolating Sectors 37C/37D from the expressway for 10,000+ families.
