Turn a listing into a reel
Make a short video from your listing photos for WhatsApp Status, Instagram or YouTube Shorts. Pick the photos and their order, choose the look, add a voice and music, and tap Make — about a minute, with your own card and a QR code at the end.
Step by step
-
Pick the photos and set their order
Tick the photos you want in the video. The first one opens the reel, so lead with your widest, brightest shot — the living room or the building, not a bathroom. To reorder, drag a tile or use Move earlier and Move later.
-
Tap any photo to change it
Tapping a tile opens its options. You can swap it for another photo, write one line that shows on it — "Corner flat, three sides open" — choose which part of the picture stays in frame, move it earlier or later, or take it out.
-
Choose the look
Style is the design. Theme is the colours. Pick one of each and the preview updates straight away. A light theme suits daytime photos; a dark one suits interiors shot in the evening.
-
Add a voice, or leave it silent
A voice reads the property details out loud. That matters on Instagram, where most people watch without reading. Play a voice before you choose it — or pick no voice and let the photos speak.
-
Pick the music, and how loud it plays
Choose a track and set its volume. If you also chose a voice, keep the music low so the words stay clear. You can pick No music as well — a silent reel still works on WhatsApp Status.
-
Your card closes the reel
The last few seconds show your name, your photo and your number, with a QR code that opens this listing. Someone watching can scan it straight off the screen.
-
Make it, then share it
Tap Make when ready. Watch the video, then use Share and finish in your chosen app. If Share is absent, download it to share from your phone.
Good to know
Which photos make a good reel
You need at least three usable photos. Wide, bright, landscape shots work best — a living room, a balcony view, the building from outside. Skip near-duplicates of the same corner: six different rooms beat six angles of one. The first photo does the most work, because it is what someone sees before they decide to keep watching.
Everything you can do to one photo
Tap a tile and you can: swap that photo for another one from the listing; write a single line that appears on it, like "Facing the park"; choose which part of the picture stays in frame when it is cropped to a phone shape; move it earlier or later in the order; or remove it from the reel. Nothing you do here changes the listing itself — only this video.
Style, theme and the badge
Style is the layout — how the photo, the price and the text sit together. Theme is the colour. The badge is the small label in the corner: For Sale, For Rent, New, or none at all. If the price is private on your listing, the reel shows "Price on request" and never the number.
Voice and music work together
A voice carries the details; music carries the mood. Using both means keeping the music quiet, or the words get lost. Using neither is fine too — many brokers post silent reels to WhatsApp Status. Remember that voice and music are baked into the video, so changing either one means making the reel again.
Where to put the reel once it is made
The video is 9:16, the shape every phone app wants. Download it and post it to WhatsApp Status, Instagram Reels, Facebook or YouTube Shorts. A caption is written for you — copy it rather than typing your own. Each reel also carries a QR code and a short link back to the listing, so anyone who sees it can reach the full property page.
Common questions
- How many photos do I need?
- At least three usable ones. Wide, bright, landscape shots work best. If a listing has fewer, the screen offers to add more before you can make a reel.
- Which photo should go first?
- Your widest and brightest — a living room, a balcony view, or the building from outside. The first photo opens the reel, and it is what decides whether someone keeps watching.
- Do I have to add a voice?
- No. A voice helps on Instagram, where many people watch without sound off but without reading either. A silent reel with music, or with neither, is perfectly normal on WhatsApp Status.
- Can I change the voice or music after making the reel?
- You can, but the video has to be made again — both are baked into the file. Everything else you change before tapping Make.
- What shows at the end?
- Your card: your name, your photo, your number, and a QR code that opens the listing. Anyone watching can scan it straight off the screen.
- Does editing a photo here change my listing?
- No. Removing a photo, writing a line on it or reordering it affects this video only. The listing itself stays as it is.
- Where can I post the reel?
- It is 9:16, the shape every phone app wants — WhatsApp Status, Instagram Reels, Facebook and YouTube Shorts. A caption is written for you; copy it rather than typing your own.
