Lead CRM kaise use karein
Har enquiry — website, WhatsApp, Facebook — ek hi inbox mein. Stages, hot/warm/cold priority, aur bulk import: poora Lead CRM do minute mein samajh lijiye.
Step by step
-
One inbox for every lead
Web, WhatsApp, Facebook, IndiaMart, your own forms — they all flow into this single inbox, oldest debt at the top.
-
Filter by stage & status
Your pipeline runs New → Contacted → Interested → Meeting → Negotiating → Won / Not Interested. Tap a pill to see just that stage, source, or saved view.
-
Who to call first
Each lead earns a Hot / Warm / Cold score from how it behaves. Filter to 🔥 Hot when time is short — those are your best odds today.
-
A lead at a glance
Every card shows its stage and score up front. Click a name to open the full lead — contact, activity, reminders and quick replies.
-
Keep the pipeline current
Change a lead’s stage right from its chip — no need to open it. An honest pipeline is what makes your reports (and your week) make sense.
-
Got a list? Import it in bulk
Sitting on a spreadsheet of old contacts? Open “More” to bulk-upload them as cold leads to work by phone — download the CSV template, preview the import before it commits, and they land right in this inbox.
-
Prefer a spreadsheet? Switch to Excel
Flip to Excel view for a dense, sortable, resizable grid — every lead and field in one screen. Perfect for bulk-scanning, sorting by score or date, and working a big list fast. Your filters carry across both views.
Good to know
The 8-stage pipeline
New → Contacted → Interested → Meeting Scheduled → Meeting Done → Negotiating → Won, plus Not Interested. Move a lead along as things progress; the stage drives your funnel analytics and what counts as “needs a reply”.
List view vs Excel view
Toggle “List ☰ / Excel ▤” at the top right. List is the readable, card-by-card inbox; Excel is a dense, sortable, resizable spreadsheet-style grid — ideal for bulk-scanning, sorting by score or date, and working a long list quickly. Your filters and search apply to both, so switch freely without losing your place.
Hot, Warm & Cold
Every lead earns a 0–100 behaviour score: Hot is 67+, Warm 34–66, Cold below that. It rises as the lead engages and fits your inventory, so sorting by it tells you who to call first. Brand-new leads stay unscored until there’s signal.
Not Interested vs Archive — they’re different
Mark a deal Not Interested (with a reason: budget, expectation mismatch, bought elsewhere, unresponsive…) when it’s truly dead — it stays in your analytics so you learn why deals slip. Archive just hides clutter from the inbox without losing the record; you can restore it anytime.
The activity timeline
Open any lead to see its full history. Stage changes log themselves; you add the calls, WhatsApps and notes. It’s your memory of the relationship — and a lead that’s being worked scores hotter.
Reminders & quick replies
Set a follow-up reminder so a warm lead never goes cold, and drop in saved reply templates instead of retyping the same first message. Both live in the lead’s panel.
Reassign & attach a listing
Attach the property a lead is asking about so the context travels with them. Office owners can also reassign a lead to a teammate — handy when someone’s on leave or better placed to close it.
Where your leads come from
Each lead is tagged with its source — your website, a WhatsApp enquiry, Facebook/Instagram ads, IndiaMart, or a webhook you connected. Connect more sources under Integrations and they all land in this one inbox.
Bulk-import an old list
Have a spreadsheet of past contacts? Use “Bulk upload” to bring them in as cold leads to work by phone. Download the CSV template so your columns line up, preview the import before it commits, then they appear in this inbox. These are manual-call-only by design (no automated WhatsApp), keeping you DPDP-compliant.
