Three C Company

Three C Company, popularly known as 3C Company, is a Noida-based real estate developer floated by promoters Nirmal Singh, Supreet Singh Suri, and Vidur Bhardwaj. The group launched several large residential projects in Noida and Greater Noida, including Lotus Boulevard, Lotus Panache, Lotus Espacia, Lotus Zing, and Lotus 300, with around 10,000 apartments planned across its portfolio. 3C Company faced severe financial distress, with thousands of homebuyers left waiting for their flats. In January 2019, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) approved the commencement of insolvency proceedings against Granite Gate Properties, the 3C group company developing Lotus Panache, on a plea filed by homebuyers. With around 7,000 flats still to be delivered as of the insolvency, the group became a high-profile example of stalled Noida real estate projects.
