Shah in 1969 with roots tracing back to 1922 when the family helped create the master plan for 550 acres of Mulund. Over more than five decades the group has completed more than 100 projects across Mumbai and the MMR, ranging from ultra-luxury skyscrapers and commercial business centers to affordable housing townships in Panvel, Dombivli and Badlapur.
