Gaurs Group (also referenced as Gaursons India) is a Delhi-NCR real estate developer founded by B.L. Gaur. The business was incorporated as a private limited company in 1995 and later converted to a public limited company in 2000. The group is currently led by Manoj Gaur as Chairman and Managing Director. Its corporate office is at Gaur Biz Park, Plot No. 1, Abhay Khand II, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. Gaurs Group focuses on residential and commercial development across Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and the Yamuna Expressway region. The company reports having delivered more than 65 projects in Delhi-NCR. Its flagship township, Gaur City in Greater Noida West, is home to roughly 25,000 families, and in 2014 the group launched the Gaur Yamuna City township on land acquired from the Jaypee Group, with the launch event featuring Bollywood actors Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor.
