The group's affordable housing project Eros Sampoornam is located in Sector 2, Greater Noida West (Noida Extension); its first two phases comprise 10 and 11 towers with a combined 1,768 apartments, the majority of which have been sold and handed over to roughly 1,200 families. Eros Group has also developed Charmwood Village in Faridabad.
