Sood started the business in Lahore before relocating operations to Delhi after Partition. The group is registered at the 10th Floor, Eros Corporate Tower, Nehru Place, New Delhi 110019, and reports a portfolio of more than 46 projects across housing, commercial complexes, shopping malls, multiplexes, hotels and infrastructure. In the residential segment, Eros Group has completed more than 17 housing developments across Delhi-NCR and has built over 18 commercial projects. Its hospitality assets include hotels operated under the Radisson Blu and Shangri-La (Eros Hotel) brands. The group's affordable housing project Eros Sampoornam is located in Sector 2, Greater Noida West (Noida Extension); its first two phases comprise 10 and 11 towers with a combined 1,768 apartments, the majority of which have been sold and handed over to roughly 1,200 families. Eros Group has also developed Charmwood Village in Faridabad.
