Its flagship project, 32nd Avenue in Sector 15 Part 2, Gurugram, spans 174,000 sq ft of curated high-street retail and F&B. The group has delivered ~2.4 million sq ft of commercial, co-working, and hospitality spaces across Delhi-NCR, Goa, and Hyderabad. RERA reg: HRERA 660/2017/307. Note: Founder and CEO arrested by Gurugram EOW in February 2026 in an alleged Rs 500 crore commercial real estate fraud.
